Problem: Inoperative power window motor.
Correction: This tip could save you from taking the door panel off for testing. Open the door so the dome lamp will illuminate. Operate the power window switch in question and if the dome light dims then you know the switch is working and the wiring is connected to the motor. Your motor is drawing current so it is most likely the failed item.
